To support our team in Samsun, Trabzon or Ordu we are looking to recruit a Field Area Manager.
University graduate-degree level qualifications in Electrical/ Electronics / Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
· 8-10 experience in related field,
· Ability to interact with all levels of the organization,
· Analytical skills and understanding of workflows and their underlying processes,
· Creative thinking skills to solve problems,
· Fluent in English, both verbal and writing,
· Advance level of MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage,
· Having strong problem solving skills,
· Self-confident, highly proactive personality who is convincingly team-oriented
· Unrestricted ability to work at heights,
· No military obligation for male candidates,
· Active driving license,
· Living in Samsun, Trabzon or Ordu
Responsibility
· Technical, administrative and financial performance in the service region in question.
· Resource planning & workload management
· Fulfilment of the objectives for the service region
· Comply with legal regulations, ethics and policies regarding general duties and management
Job Description
· Leading the subordinates by observing the leadership principles of the company.
· Making HSE a top priority subject and ensuring HSE conformity in service area.
· Taking into account the quality at all processes.
· Focusing on the customer and acting for customer satisfaction.
· Always bearing in mind the efficiency and the productivity, implementing efficiency and standardization initiatives within service area.
· Having a good level of communication with both internal and external customers.
· Following up the key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Discussing service KPI‘s and service reports within service areas, implementing counter measurements if deviation detected
· Taking necessary actions in order to accomplish the targets for KPIs, derivating objectives for service stations out of service areas regions’ objectives, set and communicate this objectives
· Identification of training needs and planning of participation
· Empowering the subordinates
· Obeying legal rules, regulations, etc. in all areas.
· Reporting to the subordinates, the line managers and the customers in a good quality and on time.
· Disciplinary management of the subordinates
· Responsibility for warehousing, material flow and inventories
· Carrying out all legal requirements in government offices for the region.
· Organizing and attending late and weekend shifts.
· Protecting personal and company data.
· Being aware about the things around WECs, personnel, customer and business.
· Always thinking about the next steps.
