Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, Analytics and/or Statistics
- High level proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience in ML application development experience by Python and/or R which includes data pipeline creation, feature engineering, model selection and validation, hyper parameter optimization, application development and deployment
- Excellent software design, problem solving and debugging skills
- Hands-on experience in defining and analyzing large, complex datasets
- Ability to use data visualization tools effectively to aid understanding and to communicate finding
- Ability to work closely with other scientists or software engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new analytical products.
- Have a hypothesis-driven, scientific approach to problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think analytically
Job Description
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary and diverse project stakeholders to transform data analytics into AI goals and modeling approaches
- Performing statistical analyzes on data sets
- Developing and validating analytical models and ensuring that the models developed within the scope of business needs are applied to the customer
- Testing existing models and analyzing and correcting detected errors
- Writing the documents related to the developed analytical products
- Trying new models and approaches by learning continuously
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary and diverse project stakeholders to transform data analytics
- Ensuring the transfer of experience within the team
