Our newly added hotel to The Stay family in Bodrum, Cennet Bay is looking for new teammates.

Duties & Responsibilites:
- To handle guests’ luggage upon their arrival and departure, orientate guests to their rooms
- To make sure all requests are achieved ethically and to accept standards of the hotel
- To fulfil all guest requests in regard to all matters.
- To provide delivery, collection and storage service for in-house guests’ luggage and mail.
- To proceed valet park service of cars for all guests when necessary
- To be aware of and abide by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Warm and caring personality; previous bell attendant experience is an asset.
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Working proficiency in English language
