Required Skills
- University degree in Tourism and Hotel Management,Experience in 4 & 5 star hotels at least 1 years
- Excellent English communication skills both verbally and in writing,Usage of Opera system and strong computer skills,
- Able to develop and execute sales focused projects,
- Strong organization, planning and communication skills, excellent pronunciation,Ability in following up daily and long term agendas,
- Result oriented, strong persuasion skills,Creative and able to follow job literature, news and applications,
- Building successful relationships,Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks,
- Ability in adapting brand standard perspectives to work rapidly,
- Ability to close deals according department sales targets,
- B type active driving license,No military obligation for male candidates or at least 2 years postponement.
Job Description
- To be able to set sales targets for Sales team and follow up,
- Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction,
- Assists with the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external,
- Ability to close deals according department sales targets,
- Answer guest queries in a prompt and professional manner,Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads,
- Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions,
- Work within current business strategies and recognising potential opportunities,
- Attend Sales events, as required,
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.
