QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Quality Engineers to join our growing company to assign on quality department , which is one of the biggest structural part suppliers of Airbus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials or Industrial Engineering, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production facilities (preferably composite production),
- Knowledge on AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems,
- Knowledge of root cause and corrective action determination tools,
- Experienced in reading and interpreting technical drawings and standard specifications,
- Fluent in E nglish ( speaking and writing ), German is an asset,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Good organizational, problem solving and communication skills,
- Eager to learn, open for development,
- Analytical mindset, KPI and goal oriented work discipline,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Residence / open to reside in Çerkezköy, Kapaklı or Çorlu.
TASKS
- The candidates will have responsibility in the new investment projects in the quality department.
- Preperation of control plans regarding incoming inspection, process control and final inspections and conducting related inspections accordingly,
- Preparation related documentations and having approvals from customers,
- Leading Root Cause and Corrective action studies for non conformities,
- Preparation of Quality Instructions for inspection processes,
- Monitoring and reporting of quality metrics and follow up the required actions,
- Conducting of internal audits,
- Representing of quality department during customer or 3rd party audits.
