We are currently seeking a 'Human Resources Director' position to be stationed at the Bursa headquarters of the group companies of our partner firm, which operates in the automotive sector, both domestically and internationally, and for which we provide consultancy services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from Engineering or Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Labor Economics) departments of universities,
- At least 10 years of experience as a manager in the field,
- Advanced level of English proficiency,
- Having experience in using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong leadership skills,
- Experienced in interpersonal and interdepartmental relationship management,
- Previously worked in a similar position,
- • Senior HR Director experience in group companies or holding companies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Playing an active role in the development of Human Resources culture and policies in line with group objectives,
- Determining, planning, and implementing Human Resources strategies for group companies, and reporting to senior management,
- Developing and managing intra-group career planning, performance evaluation, and reward systems,
- Ensuring the development and implementation of Compensation and Benefits processes,
- Conducting annual recruitment planning, managing selection and placement processes, and ensuring coordination,
- Preparing, monitoring, and reporting Human Resources budgets to senior management,
- Creating regular Human Resources activity reports and presenting them to senior management
