Key Responsibilities;
· Making necessary meeting and organization plans by following the VP’s agenda exactly,
· Ensuring follow-up of necessary documents by managing phone and e-mail traffic,
· Following up travel and accommodation reservations by coordinating with agencies,
· Providing necessary communications within and outside the institution,
· Hosting the guests of the organization in accordance with the principles of representation and hosting,
· Ensuring information security and complying with privacy principles,
· Following up and coordinating the tasks delegated to him/her.
Qualifications;
· Graduated from undergraduate departments of universities,
· Very good command of English
· At least 3 years of administrative assistant experience,
· Pays attention to his/her appearance, has proper diction,
· Careful and attentive in business follow-up,
· Solution-oriented, harmonious in human relations,
· Creative thinking, dynamic and high communication skills,
· Proficient in correspondence techniques,
· Able to use MS Office programs effectively.
