QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for English Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Papara, one of the fastest growing financial technology companies in Turkey!

Job description

  • Answer incoming calls from users by Telephone in our Inbound Call Center,
  • Give service in voice and non voice channels,
  • Listen to user problems and provide correct and practical solutions,
  • Escalate user suggestions to administrators when necessary
  • Manage daily operations with respect to quality rules and regulations,
  • Play an active role in the achievement of team goals,

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree,
  • At least 2 years of experience in English call center and/or customer service,
  • Able to work in 24/7 shifts
  • Good command of MS Office programs,
  • Good communication skills with good diction,
  • Solution oriented,
  • Having a career goal, eager to learn and develop,
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and prone to teamwork.
