To support our team in Izmir, we are looking to recruit a Travel Coordinator with 1 year contract.

Job Description:
- Booking of travel arrangement
- Reviewing of invoices
- Supporting Regional Manager with local information
- Being the first level support for the online booking tool
- Development of local policies and guidelines in colsultation with Regional Manager/Head Quarter
- Taking on strategic decisions to improve Travel Management performance
- Negotiation of local contracts in consultation with the headquarter team and/or Global Procurement
Skills:
- Min 5 years of work experience
- Fluent in English
- Good organizational skills
- Advanced cominication skils
- Profiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a team
