QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate customer communication for “order to deliver process”, receive customer order via e-mails, inform related departments about the requirements, follow-up production and delivery operations, inform customers on time about order shipment status.
Responsible for customers daily operations “order to deliver process”, follow up all related process steps, complete required system transactions and ensure order is delivered on time in full.
Organize shipments by coordination of internal units; provide customer requirements to the departments Sales, Production Planning , Logistics and Finance and ensure information flow is provided between all relevant departments .
Ensure proforma invoice is approved by customer, all necessary export documents are provided on time, order is processed in the credit limit frame, logistics departments, are informed on time for necessary preparation for the shipment.
To ensure that the planning function is carried out effectively with the sales, and production units.
Keeping customer master data up-to-date.
