Job Description:
- Managing professional scheduling for the chief staff, including agendas, e-mails, conference calls, travel arrangements, client management, etc.
- Organization of all kinds of meetings (Executive Committee, Board, Kick-Off, Cross-Departmental Meetings etc.) (Sending out invitations, meeting room organization, catering, compiling the meeting agenda, keeping/distributing meeting notes, follow-up meeting tasks/actions, etc.
- Coordinate point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.);
- Maintain the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality;
- Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential material and information appropriately;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients;
- High level of scheduling, prioritizing, task management, follow up of agenda and meetings,
- To prepare reports and presentations in accordance with the request.
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (preferred multinational company),
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must.
- Self-motivated and a good team player with a collaborative attitude,
- Good time management skills,
- Good at planning and organization,
- Contribute positively and pro-actively to new and changing situations,
