- University Degree in related field
- Two years in a similar position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
İŞ TANIMI
- Perform registration process by obtaining data from guest and by observing the established guidelines.
- Review all group details, VIP reports, daily business reports.
- Ensure the strict control of room keys. Supervise the key handling procedures for maximum security
- Ensure that all rooms which are due to check-out are checked and the daily housekeeping discrepancy reports are resolved.
- Effectively supervise all services provided at the Front Desk that these are always available and are carried out efficiently as per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Reach out to the guests to communicate that the room is ready and coordinate luggage delivery with Bell Desk if luggage has been stored.
- Handle Due-Out and Discrepancy updating in communication with the Housekeeping Department.
- Prepare system for next day arrivals.
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards, including all safety policies.
- Good administrative skills and the ability to use email and booking systems.
- To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience.
- To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.
- To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard to ensure the smooth running of the Front Office areas.
- To ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
- Be familiar with all hotel room types, numbers, layout, locations, rates.
- Maintain brand integrity, core values and operational standards to ensure all Front Office areas are well retained.
- Know of all arrivals/departures and ensure guest names are used at all times.
- Monitor pre-registered arrivals and ensure all no shows are checked out and charged.
- Ensure Front Door entrance is covered at all times and Bell Desk staff are posted.
- Know the current availability situation at any given time, and also future availability.
- Have complete knowledge of all hotel features and services including Food and Beverage outlets (menu, price range, promotions, opening hours), Business Center (facilities, charges), Spa/Gym (facilities, opening hours), etc.
- Be familiar with all hotel room types, numbers, layout, locations, rates.
