QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Dental Centre Turkey is a service provider company specialising in dental tourism. We are an inclusive and diverse organisation, offering a variety of services within the service and tourism industry, catering to both international clients and customers. Reporting to the Creative Team Leader (CTL), the Social Media Coordinator (SMC) will focus on managing all aspects of the company social media accounts.The primary focus of the SMC is to create engaging posts designed to maximise company exposure. This includes planning, creating, and editing content. Additional responsibilities include tracking, recording and organising information related to the social media accounts for use by Management and other departments. Analysis of all available information and trends should be considered when planning content. The SMC will need to work closely with CT members, the CC and Management for all content and to ensure deadlines relating to projects, are met and a positive company image is portrayed at all times. As a Social Media Coordinator, your duties are to create posts and communicate the posting schedule to the relevant personnel, ensuring the best levels of engagement and service are provided and social media followers remain engaged with the business social media platforms.

For our company Dental Centre Turkey in Antalya , we need new team members for;

· Creating, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company social media accounts

· Use Adobe Cloud and online apps to create and edit media content for publishing

· Create graphics, edit photos or videos as required by the company

· Ensuring all social media postings are compliant with PDPL and GDPR guidelines

· Ensure all reasonable steps are taken to achieve the set KPIs

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media channels, marketing trends and social media updates/ upgrades

· Take all reasonable steps to ensure posts are timely and disseminated according to the set schedules

· Ensure the relevant CC personnel are informed about the posting schedule in advance.

· Researching current trends, developments and key words for maximum exposure and interaction

· Assisting the company and CT with the design and production of regular and ad-hoc content and design materials including but not limited to newsletters, websites and editorials etc.

· Create and communicate new social media and online business initiatives/ campaigns to the CTL to ensure continued creativity and company exposure

· Use social media to publish compliant content and promote company initiatives.

· Collaborating with CT, Management and internal departments to establish company and campaign social media objectives

· Creating and disseminating MI, tracking social media developments and overall performance

· Proofread, and confirm content, gaining Management approval before final publication of any content online

· Conduct keyword research and add approved hashtags to optimise content exposure

· Monitor and produce MI relating to engagement of content (comments, likes and shares etc.)

· Communicate content performance, audience engagement and any concerns to CTL and Management

· Identify audience needs and recommend new ideas to CTL and Management

· Strategies, solving issues and working professionally with colleagues across the business to achieve the desired outcome

· Check all company information channels to ensure branding and wording are consistent, up-to-date and appropriate for the company image

Managing multiple projects and ensuring project deadlines are met


Competences:

· Strong understanding of social media platforms to include but not limited to, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube and TikTok

· Experience using Adobe Cloud and Microsoft Office applications

· Must have experience in photography and videography.

· Detail oriented, target driven and level-headed

· Have a good level of both written and spoken English Language, as well as reading and comprehension

· Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills.

· Active listening and strong communication skills.

· The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

· Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.

· Capable of working within a corporate environment

· Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

· Being attentive, responsible, analytical and self-motivated

· Positive and energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment

Minimum 1 year office experience is preferred but not essential
