Which competences do we expect?
- Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines like Business Administration, Economics, and Finance Accounting etc.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in General Accounting field
- Strong knowledge and experience of general accounting of manufacturer
- Fluent in English - both verbal and written
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Strong knowledge and experience of SAP
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Strong knowledge and experience about Turkish GAAP, IFRS and Tax Legislation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage team and supervise the results
- Proactively and respectfully addresses issues and concerns directly and honestly
- Quickly understands the need to change his/her behaviours towards human relationships, and individual and managerial behaviors
- Treats all people with dignity and respect
- Male candidates must have completed military service
What will be your responsibilities and duties?
- Manages incoming/out coming invoice
- Controls and monitors temporary account
- Monitors and analyzes accounting data and produces financial reports or statements
- Coordinates and completes annual audits
- Conducts daily data entry, bookings and cash transactions
- Meets financial accounting objectives
- Prepares and analyses the periodic management reporting of financial results
- Conducts relationship with financial institutions and banks, manages daily bank transactions
- Conducts relationship with tax consulting company and outsourced booking company
- Improves systems and procedures and initiates corrective actions
- Follows credit administration, operations, month and end year process
- Manages the budget process and incentive process
