To be part of our dynamic, passionate world we are looking for a " Production Planning Specialist " to be charged in our HUGO BOSS İzmir factory.
What you can expect:
- Coordination, collaboration, and information flow among production, customers, and other collaborators,
- Monitoring the status of materials for orders received for production and tracking deadlines with customers or internal stakeholders,
- Transmitting orders to production units and monitoring orders throughout production stages to ensure on-time and accurate delivery,
- Preparation of the weekly production plan in line with incoming orders, considering line layouts and ensuring timely performance delivery, and publishing it on time,
- Preparation of all internal and external reports related to the production plan and associated KPIs.
Your Profile:
- Graduated from Engineering Faculties,
- Experienced in production planning in the supply chain department,
- Proficient in MS Office programs, especially in Excel,
- Advanced level of English proficiency,
- Strong communication skills, dynamic, and inclined towards teamwork,
- Capable of comprehensive data analysis, with a strong focus on customer orientation
- Preferably experienced with SAP.
