QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Exagate has started production as a R&D company, exporting its environmental monitoring and control solutions to many parts of the world, specifically for data centers. It provides valuable additional solutions in the form of environmental monitoring, power distribution units and energy management systems, especially for high- intensity information infrastructure. In the short term, its solutions have crossed national boundaries, becoming a preferred company for data center projects in many parts of the world.

Exagate is looking for an "International Sales Executive" to be assigned to the Istanbul location who will fulfill the job description below and meet the specified qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or relevant fields,
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer management,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must,
  • There are no restrictions on travel abroad,
  • Valid driving license class B and active driver,
  • There is no military obligation for male candidates,
  • Good sales, communication, and reporting skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the following areas.

  • Maintains regular contact with all international customers through customer visits, demonstrations, and negotiations; online meetings and phone calls;
  • Sustaining business relations with current customers, getting their new orders, and following all processes till the delivery is fully completed,
  • Preparing sales reports related to products or customers,
  • Setting up online calls (if possible) to get in contact with the possible customer in a fast way,
  • Preparing quotations as per the customer requests, following closely to the end of getting the order,
  • Working closely with other departments,
  • Attends international exhibitions,
  • Focus on market research, finding new customers, new markets, and new opportunities,
  • Follows up on customer payments, ensures the financial debts are in the company’s and the customer’s accounts,
  • Ensuring the goods are delivered to the customer without any problem,
  • Reporting to the International Sales & Marketing Director.
