Business Development Support Specialist / Engineer
We are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist to be appointed at our sister company, Centriplus Separation Technologies.

With a rich history of expertise in Process and Separation engineering, Centriplus offers comprehensive services aimed at enhancing production lines, establishing turn-key solutions for new lines, and delivering on-site maintenance and repair support for existing separation equipment. Additionally, the company excels in providing revision and warranty services, boasting a team of skilled professionals proficient in operating horizontal and vertical balancing machines, as well as robotic hard facing machines.
Qualifications
- University degree preferably in Engineering
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proven team player demonstrating capabilities in communication, interpersonal skills, well developed problem-solving skills; solid organizational skills; and the ability to be self-directed and able to effectively relate to all levels of an organization
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to take a proactive approach to problem identification and a creative approach to resolution
- Experience and strong computer skills especially in MS Excel and preferably in MS Powerpoint & MS Project
- Willingness to improve him/herself
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Has no restriction for traveling
- Has to reside in Aydin
Job Description
- Facilitate proposal requests from clients with prompt and professional responses.
- Assist in identifying, quantifying, and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Manage the order process effectively.
- Review customer proposals, ensuring all necessary information is obtained.
- Coordinate and monitor the review process, ensuring timely responses within specified deadlines.
- Develop comprehensive customer proposals and oversee the process internally and externally.
- Support risk and opportunity analysis, as well as gap analysis studies.
- Participate in the transfer of information to internal project teams for review, assessment, and implementation of contracted work packages.
- Take an active role in sustainability initiatives.
- Develop and monitor reports for departmental KPIs and the Strategic Plan.
- Support and contribute to marketing activities.
