The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Istanbul Tekstilkent Hotel has stood out in the hospitality sector with its international prestige, highlighted by the "2022 Best of Ramada*", "2023 Best of Ramada*" and "Hotel of The Year 2023*" awards. Demonstrating its quality by also receiving the "Green Star" certificate from the Ministry of Tourism for its "Sustainable Tourism" and "Environmental Sensitivity" efforts, our hotel offers a wide capacity of 322 rooms in total, including 273 Deluxe Rooms, 30 Executive Suites, 16 Corner Suites, and 3 Rooms for Disabled Guests, with its modern and elegant design.

We are currently seeking a “Food & Beverage Assistant Manager” for Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Istanbul Tekstilkent with the below Job Description & Qualifications to strengthen F&B Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead and supervise all F&B operations at close range by being physically involved in all aspects of the operations.
  • Anticipate guests needs in all F&B services and always ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that guests are properly informed and guided as to the choices available to them in terms of F&B services.
  • Deal promptly with customer complaints and launch service recovery procedures whenever necessary.
  • Prepare and monitor yearly F&B budget and headcount plan.
  • Promote incremental sales revenue in the F&B department.
  • Control inventories of Food and Beverage commodities.
  • Initiate, supervise and monitor the implementation of appropriate training to enhance the level of knowledge, skills and attitude of F&B personnel.
  • Continuously introduce new concepts and ideas to develop the F&B services.
  • Regularly report on the performance records of the Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.A degree from an accredited university in Tourism, Food Service Management, Business Administration.
  • 5 years of experience in the F&B department within a 5 Star hotel.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong leadership abilities, creativity and a vision for quality and excellence in food & beverage operations.
  • Strong financial perspective focused on ensuring profitability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational excellence.
