Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities,
- More than 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics fields,
- Strong knowledge and experience in Qlik Sense (or Qlik View),
- Excellent interpersonal communication and user support management skills,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Quality decision-making skills,
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take an active part in Rollout projects,
- Understand business processes and facilitate customer’s business needs/requirements gathering to propose a high-level solution,
- Solve incident and change requests,
- Perform analysis, design, implementation, test, maintenance, and documentation
Job Description:
- Ensuring the operability of existing Qlik Sense applications, evaluating changes and errors, monitoring system performances
- Developing, maintaining and updating reporting applications and management dashboards according to company needs
- Analyzing and resolving incidents and new requests coming through the service desk, keeping their status up to date
- Working with suppliers and ensuring coordination
- Providing communication between the consultants and the business unit regarding the reporting tools used, being a guide in determining and communicating the needs
- Preparation of technical documents and user documents
- Determination and completion of process tests
- Providing training and user support to users.
