We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, and self-motivated “Network Specialist” for our project in Develi /Kayseri.

About The Opportunity
We are seeking a “Network Specialist” who specializes in the management and security of in-house information technology infrastructure's network and communication systems. This role involves providing technical support, management and ensure the effective and secure operation of the network infrastructure. Additionally, it entails responsibility for monitoring, improving, and updating the overall performance of the network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates of in-house network infrastructure.
- Monitoring, analysis, and development of improvement strategies for network performance.
- Providing technical support for diagnosing and resolving network issues.
- Ensuring compliance of network infrastructure with established standards and reporting.
- Regular maintenance and updates of network devices and software to ensure they remain current.
- Providing technical support on network issues to business unit managers and employees.
- Creation and updating of documentation and documentation related to network management.
- Capacity planning for network infrastructure and development of growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network management.
- Expertise in Cisco, Fortinet or similar networking equipment.
- Fluent in English.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS.
- Experience and knowledge in network security.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.
- We prefer candidates who reside in Kayseri or Develi district.
