We are looking for a Credit Risk Senior Officer for our client who operates in financial services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in credit risk management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in risk management tools and software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite.
- Monitor the credit portfolio, analyzing key risk metrics and trends to identify potential credit deterioration or concentration risks. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of credit policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Prepare risk reports and presentations.
- Assist in the development and validation of credit risk models, including probability of default (PD), loss given default (LGD), and exposure at default (EAD) models, ensuring accuracy and robustness.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to credit risk management.
