Portuguese Speaking Account Manager
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company located in Maslak, İstanbul, seeking a highly motivated and skilled Portuguese Speaking Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in our sales and finance department, working from our office Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop client relationships by effectively communicating in Portuguese.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, proposals, and presentations.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of our services to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.
5. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing efficient solutions.
6. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in Portuguese, along with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
2. Previous experience in sales and finance.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
