We are seeking a well-organized personal assistant to work alongside our company. We are dedicated to quality and are looking for a candidate who also values discipline and practicality.
Job Description:
• Organizing the executive's calendar, setting up meetings, appointments and travel plans.
• Prioritizing and screening all incoming correspondence such as mail, calls and emails.
• Serving as a point of contact for the executive with connections both inside and outside the company, ensuring that all communications are handled in a polite and professional demeanor.
• Carrying out research and gathering data on a variety of subjects when required.
• Taking care of personal errands and tasks such as event planning, household management and family calendar coordination in a private manner considering delicate information.
• Performing ad hoc administrative tasks when necessary hence being available at all times.
• Traveling may be required for this position.
Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of experience as Personal Assistant or a similar role.
• High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, email platforms and other scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a disciplined and effective manner.
• Excellent skills in Turkish and English (Other language is a plus) both written and oral communication in a confident and highly professional manner.
