Join Our Team; Seeking a Customer Services Project Engineer for Pioneering Excellence in Product Testing and Certification.
Job Description
- Clarifies the scope of the project if applicable and organizes / coordinates activities for product testing.
- Conducts technical review or evaluates test results according to customer requirements or international standards.
- Writes test reports based on the test results.
- Issues final report/certificate of conformity.
- Assists clients with technical queries with respect to the quotation and / or conformity assessment program requirements.
- Might carry out administrative tasks in order creation, preparing / uploading / archiving documents,
- Creates and maintains test bases, limit value lists, customer-specific limit value texts and result summaries according to standards, and customer standards.
Experience & Further Qualifications
- University Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years work experience especially in customer services of product testing laboratories in Testing, Inspection, Certification sector.
- Advanced English Language skills both in written and spoken.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- MS Office applications knowledge.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
