Job Description
Scorpios Bodrum is seeking a Fitness Trainer to collaborate with and support our Fitness Team in achieving our fitness objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in teamwork, be adept at problem-solving, and show a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Quality and Execution Support:
· School of Physical Education and Sports back
· CPR certified
· First Aid certified
· Genuine friendly service-oriented attitude
· Good English speaking and writing skills
· Strong Personal skills
· Assist guest with booking appointments and efficiently checking in/out.
· Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met.
· Escort guest to GYM and other spa areas.
· Prepare documentation for fitness classes and other related services, ensuring all information is completed and accurate.
· Monitor guest feedback and identify areas for improvement in services and operations. · Maintain a clean and inviting GYM area.
Operational Support:
· To organize and perform fitness activities daily.
· To provide service promptly, courteously, and accurately
· To evaluate the Gym operations and procedures and suggest improvements to Spa Manager / Supervisor
· To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the Fitness Centre and for the Spa
· To handle guest complaints and record all guest comments and inform to Spa Manager / Supervisor
· To perform opening and closing procedures correctly
· To ensure that all Cardio and strength machines are hygienic and serviced regularly to the Health & Safety standards of Scorpios.
· To offer 4 (or more) free introductory classes every week to our guests (min 45 mins each)
· To open the spa in the morning if needed.
· To ensure that amenities are meet standards of Scorpios
· Knowledgeable about the spa services and amenities offered by the spa.
· Be able to answer guest’s questions about all services and amenities.
· Be persuasive.
· Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Must be able to work under pressure and always maintain a positive attitude.
· Other duties as assigned by your direct manager.

- Graduated from the School of Physical Education and Sports or licensed with valid certificates
- Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role (at least 3 years experiences.)
- CPR certified
- First Aid certified
- Genuine friendly service-oriented attitude
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Strong Personal skills
- Ability to instruct and motivate all guest
- Able to write / create fitness programs
- Able to give private or group training.
- Able to work flexible hours.
