Serving since 2018, Smile Hair Clinic is re-located to the financial district of East Istanbul and continues its operation in its 7-floor, elegantly designed, high–tech clinic building where a team of 100+ well-trained staff is working. We are looking for " Analysis & Reporting Specialist" to join our rapidly growing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from universities' Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or Statistics, Mathematics departments,
• Having advanced knowledge of Excel and being able to use other Office programs and CRM programs well,
• Able to interpret and produce results by establishing meaningful relationships between tables and data,
• Preferably with healthcare industry experience,
• Having an analytical perspective,
• Fluent in written and spoken English,
• For male candidates, he has completed his military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Examining the data by considering existing databases,
• Managing the database within the area of responsibility and preparing a report using this data,
• Keeping reports updated and analyzed,
• Carrying out data controls in cooperation with different departments,
• Preparation of executive summaries and presentations to be presented to management,
• Converting data into graphics, reports and other presentation documents for more effective use of analyses,
• Developing systems for recording and protecting data,
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports requested by the senior management and presenting them to the senior management.
