About the job:

Key responsibilities/What you do
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer for Allianz Partners TR, as Executive Assistance of CEO, you will support the CEO delivering best in class services to our business partners while simultaneously reducing operations costs, complying with regulatory requirements, achieving best in class customer satisfaction values and driving global strategic priorities.

Your tasks include:

  • Ensuring the manager’s internal and external communications
  • Helping the manager with time management
  • Coordinating the manager’s telephone, correspondence and records
  • Ensuring and monitoring the report and information flow is accurate and timely
  • Managing daily, weekly and monthly agenda and work tracking
  • Keeping and archiving meeting notes
  • Organizing the manager’s travel organization
  • Organizing, welcoming and guiding guests who come to visit the Senior Management
  • Perform HR Operations/admin work as assigned
  • Handle administrative paperwork
  • Support organizational development projects


Key requirements/What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Good understanding of the Insurance and/ or Assistance business – knowledge in insurance operations is advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, having a strong ability to establish relationships with all levels across the organization
  • Expert skills in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • You’ll be someone who is extremely structured, have an organized approach towards work strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience analysing complex information and drawing appropriate conclusions
  • Excellent prioritization skills: Ability to filter information, effective use of own resources and handling of competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Fluency in Turkish and English
