- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Human Resources,
- Knowledgeable in Social Security Institution (SGK), Personnel Processes, and Labor Law practices,
- Experienced in human resources processes such as performance evaluation, compensation, career management, and human resources planning,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Preferably experienced in ERP systems (Logo, SAP, IFS, etc.),
- Experience in production, holding, and heavy industry sectors,
- Strong team management, planning, and organizational skills,
- High leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with representation capability,
- Solution-oriented, with problem-solving and coordination skills,
- Successful in interpersonal relationships and highly organized,
- Efficient in time and resource management,
- Responsible and capable of using initiative when necessary.
Job Description:
- Determining staffing needs and conducting recruitment processes,
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Establishing career and performance management processes,
- Designing compensation, Training Development, and Career management,
- Being responsible for all risk and control issues of HR activities,
- Collaborating synergistically with internal and external solution partners when necessary,
- Keeping the company norms and procedures up to date and improving them,
- Ensuring the management of all human resources processes.
