QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Director of Merchandise" with the following qualifications.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably graduated from Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration departments of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in the manufacture and export of woven apparel products,
• At least 5 years of experience in a director position
  
• Having an understanding of quality and giving priority to customer expectations,
• Carrying out studies to increase market share by improving relations with existing customers,
• Ability to build strong relationships with key customer decision makers,
• Prone to teamwork, developed verbal and written communication,
• Good level of use of MS Office programs,
• Advanced level of English (reading, writing and speaking)
• Strong follow-up skills, careful about details, target and result oriented
• Able to think analytically, take responsibility,
• To follow the pricing, production and loading stages of the collection,
• No obstacles to business travel abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Received orders; will be responsible for the follow-up and coordination of all stages of the production process, including shipment, and the conclusion of the process in accordance with the customer's quality standards.
• To ensure that the necessary units start the work in accordance with the procedure of the sample and order received from the customer.
• Clarifying all the features of the products in the order file received from the customer with the customer company. To ensure that this information is entered into the system through the program.
• Managing the sample and order process on behalf of the customer at all stages of production from order taking to shipment of the order.
• To ensure that the sample and order are completed and shipped to the desired standards.
• To ensure that all kinds of samples are sent to the customer at the scheduled times and that the customer's approval is received on time. (Counter sample, Photo Sample, Size Set, Manufacturing and Washing Sample, Printing, Embroidery, Accessory etc.)
