- Ensuring that main customer journeys are prepared and kept up to date.
- To follow up action with relevant units by examining current contacts, identifying gaps in planned Journeys and actual contacts.
- To monitor the suitability of sub-processes in all functions.
- Determining customer experience promises for new products.
- Giving UX commentary on the flow and language of self-service frontends used by customers
- Following the channel simplification process.
- Ensuring follow-up of actions to improve customer experience scores.

- Graduated from relevant departments.
- Have a strong analytical mind and a keen eye for detail.
- Have experience in reporting with the ability to evaluate and analyze big data.
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) applications.
- Have a customer-oriented perspective, eager to understand and solve customer needs.
- Have strong communication skills, can build relationships with internal and external parties.
- Can manage a project from the beginning till the end with effective time management and follow-up skills.
- Eager to learn new things constantly and open to progress.
- Have previous work or internship experience in a similar position.
