We would like to get to know Operational Procurement Specialists for our expanding business!
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Food Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years job experience relevant position, in operational purchasing, supply chain management & indirect procurement functions.
- Fluency in English (both verbal & writing) is a must.
- Team-player and multi-tasking.
- Good communication skills.
- No obligation for military service for male candidates.
- SAP knowledge.
- To organize all operational procurement acitivities (i.e; placing the purchase orders; monitoring transport and import processes)
- Obtaining and controlling import related documents (i.e, Invoice ,ATR, BL, COO etc) additionally ensuring the legal permissions for import regulations.
- Organizing and managing the international transportation.
- To provide communication & operational coordination between suppliers, product management, import and logistics departments.
- Collect relevant infortmation about all individual logistics operations and share with all related parties.
