We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic International Sales Specialist to join our team.
Requirements
· Preferably university graduated or undergraduate,
· Fluency in English
· Proven experience in sales,
· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients,
· Advanced negotiation and communication skills,
· Ability to convince the clients
· Great and friendly environment to work for
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
· Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
· Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.
· Support the development of sales proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
· Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging technical knowledge to drive sales growth.
· Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring that customer requirements are effectively communicated and addressed
