QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Excellent command of written and verbal
Customer focused and good communication skills
Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes
Preferably have knowledge in 3D and 2D mechanical modeling programs
Preferably have knowledge about plastic injection
Having analytical and creative thinking
Will be able to reside in Izmir or Manisa
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To take part in the mechanical design and product development processes of parts for washing machine, prepares and releases technical drawings for production,
Traces and verifies part design through prototype manufacturing, according to quality assurance policies and goals,
Generation and implementation new solutions by considering material quality, function, production method, raw material, costs and reach agreement with the relevant stakeholders.
Performing cost analysis and executing cost improvement studies,
Participating in benchmarking and patenting activities,
Managing the relations with the purchasing department related to the design of the components,
Projecting and commissioning of relevant parts
Optional: simulates mechanical designs with softwares before manufacturing
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
