QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
1. Assist Chinese employees to communicate with local people;
2. Assist in the procurement of production materials and materials required by workers;
3. Responsible for the reception of Turkish customers;
4. Assist in the translation of contract documents;
5. Assist the manager for translation during business trip;
6. Responsible for the company's daily administrative work, personnel management, and implement the rules and regulations.
7. Communicate effectively with management and employees to ensure the effective transmission of information between different levels.
8. Responsible for the construction of the company's corporate culture, the maintenance of the normal operation of various facilities in the factory, and the administrative support.
9. Arrange and supervise the certification and management of fire safety, environmental protection, occupational health, production safety and other aspects of the factory.
10. Responsible for maintaining good contact with relevant government departments, actively conveying various government incentives and support policies, and completing the declaration management.
11. Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, experience in studying in China is preferred;
2. Strong organizational, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills;
3. Good team spirit, honest and reliable, good conduct;
4. Proficient in the use of office software;
5. Fluent in Chinese.
