We are looking for a Service Engineer for our Excavator Business Unit.
QALIFICATIONS
· University degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering,
· Minimum 3 years experience in service, technical support and after sales of Construction / Earth Moving Equipment
· Excellent command of written and spoken English (German would be an asset),
· Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP,
· No restriction in travelling,
· Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills,
· Teamwork oriented,
· Completed military obligation for male candidates,
· Able to live in İstanbul European Side.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Providing technical support for customers, dealers, sales team and group companies for all Construction / Earth Moving Equipment
· Planning and performing technical trainings to customers, dealers and corporate personnel,
· Reporting field feedbacks to the headquarters,
· Supporting customers, dealers, sales and service team about new products,
