QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to details
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Capacity to work independently and take initiative to identify opportunities to support and simplify processes
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel , Word, PowerPoint)


JOB DESCRIPTION

Support in validating the serial numbers impacted by the FMI , Connect with the FMI leaders to gain understanding on the FMIs requirements , coordinate with the FMI stakeholders to ensure all FMIs pre-requisites are met, communicate with the FMI stakeholders on the FMI requirements , follow up with the stakeholders to ensure that FMIs are executed on time, validate the FMI requirements shared by the stakeholders & request corrections if needed, ensure all the activities related to, FMIs are recorded in timely manner in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, handle customer’s requests and provide them with the necessary support repare and present periodic reports on the progress of the FMIs, ınitiate and support the FMI process improvements projects.
