We are hiring a Trade Spend Specialist!

What does a Trade Spend Specialist do at Anadolu Efes?
- Mainly responsible for the execution of off/on-trade channel investments
- Communicating with field sales department in order to achieve flawless execution of trade spend plans
- Monthly/daily execution reporting
- Help to develop, track and test necessary adjustments/upgrades in the trade spend module in SAP
- Supporting regional competition/market plans by giving feedback collected during execution
- Work with Trade Spend Planning and Governance Supervisor in order to ensure that budget performance is in line with the plan
- Help developing regional commercial support plans according to regional dynamics and needs,
- Support value-based management mindset transformation in commercial
What are the qualifications we look for in a Trade Spend Specialist at Anadolu Efes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Finance or similar
- Relevant experience of minimum 2-3 years,
- Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving and negotiation skills,
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
- Collaborative, goal-oriented and great team player,
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
