We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist with the qualifications below;
- BS/MS degree in Labour Economics, Psychology or related areas from a reputable university,
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR & Admin functions;
Recruitment, training, organisational development, payroll, colleague alignment, wage management, performance development, career growth and admin services
- Excellent command of written & verbal English
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- No restriction for travelling in and out of country
- Willing to work extra hours when necessary
- Driving licence (class B)
Job Description;
- Managing, performing and reporting all the HR & Admin Functions and records as listed
- Update internal databases
- Prepare HR documents
- Revise company policies about/related HR
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Preparing payrolls and work schedules
- Managing and following all the Admin process
- Participate in HR & Admin projects
- Managing rental and company car fleet
- Coordinating cleaning, cafeteria, and other administration functions
