QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

With 170 years of experience, our company, which started production for the automotive sector in 2008 in Çerkezköy, produces high quality rubber products for the leaders of the sector. Veritas Automotive, which supplies products to first-class automotive suppliers as well as the main industry, mainly produces rubber hoses (air suction, water discharge, etc.), bellows, wedges, SRC tanks and gaskets.

Veritas Otomotiv is searching for a Material Planning and Procurement Engineer to be employed in Çerkezköy Plant with the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in the commercial area.
• At least 3 years of professional experience - industry knowledge in the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Knowledge of customer and supplier specific logistics requirements and the production processes used in the automotive industry.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and customs conditions.
• Confident in handling the MS Office package and its programs / databases.
• Language skills English or German.
• Customer-oriented service behavior, sets clear goals and time frames.
• Is competent to de-escalate even when there is a lot of work.
• A high level of initiative, commitment and implementation strength.
• Has the ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Identifies with the products and the company.
• In-depth knowledge of the basic functionality of ERP systems.
• Knowledge of common problem-solving techniques (8D report, PDCA, etc.)
• Is capable of conceptual and independent work.
• Analytical, interdisciplinary and entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
• Works effectively even in problematic situations and maintains an overview.
• Willingness for task-related further training and business trips.
• Teamwork, reliable, strong communication skills, sociable, assertive and flexible.

JOB DESCRİPTİON

• Ensuring the needs-based, economical, timely and consumption-oriented disposition of sales outlets for a defined group of customers.
• Scheduling of series parts for a defined group of customers.
• Creation of customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Checking the customer's delivery schedule for plausibility (if necessary, entering the customer's delivery schedule).
• Objection due to increases, reductions or shortening of deadlines.
• Monitoring and reminders of backlogs to ensure customer supply.
• Clarification of delivery dates.
• Coordination of customer supply in bottleneck situations (special measures to maintain production at the customer).
• Customer information about the parts supply for the coming working day according to specifications by email or internet.
• Independent customer support and ongoing communication.
• Participation in supplier days - implementation of customer-specific logistics requirements.
