Who We Are?
Kale Pratt & Whitney was founded with a 51% Kale Group and 49% Pratt & Whitney partnership which is a division of Raytheon Technologies. Its main field of activity is the manufacturing of aircraft engine parts and subassembly groups. Kale Pratt & Whitney has a total of 16.250 m2 facilities in Aegean Free Zone; the company is one of the leading aerospace companies in Turkey and the manufacturing processes are among the most prestigious manufacturing technologies in Europe. Also manufactured in the same facilities are the hi-tech parts of NGPF model, which is the new generation commercial engine of Pratt & Whitney.
What We Are Looking For?
- University degree from Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Material Science Engineering departments,
- Min 2 years experience as Production/Manufacturing Engineering,
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing methods and technique,
- Knowledge in Heat Treatment, Plasma Coating, Painting, Chemical Coating knowledge is preferable,
- Knowledge in design of manufacturing fixtures,
- Knowledge in GD&T and Calibration,
- Being a team member and having an analytical approach and proactive problem solving skills,
- Coordination and organization skills,
- Awareness of Health and Safety process,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Controlling and improving the production performance,
- Reviewing technical drawings, 3D Data and customer specification,
- Reviewing the production methods in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the production,
- Revising the production documents per improved processes,
- Provide coordination and organization in all production area,
- Preparation of production documents,
- Preparation of instruction and procedure of production.
