About the job
We are looking for canditates to join our Direct Booking Department for Direct Booking Associate position.
Direct Booking Analyst primary responsibility in his/hers assigned territory is to onboard, develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of hotel products (i.e. relevant, attractive and competitive) for Hotel Linkage's fast-growing global customer base.
In doing so, you will also continuously work with Hotel Linkage hotel partners to help them maximize the production potential from their participation in the Hotel Linkage Inc. by utilizing the power of Hotel Linkage Inc. unique Channel Manager, Rate Shopper, Direct Booking Suite, and Revenue Management toolset.
What you'll do
- Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and high-quality consulting services to hotel partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities)
- Ensure that content, rates and availability are consistently optimized on the Hotel's website and Booking Engine to maximize customer conversion.
- Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to increase hotel profitability to sell rooms from hotels own website
- Continuously promote and develop hotel partners high engagement with Hotel Linkages full Direct Booking Suite like Booking Engine, Web CMS, Mass Marketing Tool
Skills and Experience
- Bachelors Degree; or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience
- Weekly visits to your assigned portfolio of hotels
- Possess a strong drive for results
- High impact personality: intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationships, great teammate
- Hungry, determined, motivated, willing to take action and results-focused
- Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details
- Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations
- Ability to multi-task effectively and be able to change gears quickly without skipping a beat
