Job Description
- Assisting Front Office Manager operations when on duty.
- Overseeing night operations of the Front Desk and the hotel.
- Providing a visible management presence while on duty.
- Welcoming VIP guests.
- Handling guest complaints and making sure that all guest issues are resolved and focusing on the satisfaction and wellbeing of the guests.
- Ensuring quality in all aspects of work.
- Promoting and following a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Night Manager role or managerial level in Front Office
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills and second language is preferred.
- Strong knowledge in MS Office and Opera systems.
- Ability to handle multi tasks and guest requests.
- Passion for guest service.
- Organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
