We are looking for a Workplace Doctor to take part in Hyundai Assan located in Izmit;
- Implementing Occupational Health and Safety strategies within the framework of Hyundai norms and legal procedures
- Coordinating and implementing health polyclinic services
- Coordinating and implementing job entry and periodic examinations
- To support projects to improve occupational health and ergonomics conditions
- Carrying out audit activities within the scope of risk management and proactive & preventive health
- Actively conducting health tours in the plant area
- Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resides or willing to reside in Kocaeli
You Will Also Need To Have
- Having Workplace Medicine Certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security,
- Having at least 3 years of occupational medicine experience in industrial environments
- Ability to show flexibility in working in 2-shift system (08:00-16:00 / 16:00-24:00)
- Having strong communication, coordination and team work competencies
- Acting result-oriented and within a certain time plan
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs at a good level
