QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a " Launch Engineer " with the following qualifications to be assigned to our new factory to be opened in Bergama.
If you have,
- Bachelor's degree in engineering,( Preferably industrial engineer & mechanical engineer)
- 2-3 years' experience in the automotive industry (experienced in similar position will be an asset)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge about IATF 16949 and core tools (APQP-FMEA-PPAP-SPC-MSA)
- Knowledge of structured problem solving skills
- Experience & good knowledge of working in a launch, programme / project management, or new product introduction environment
- Preferably experienced in trim process
- Experience of working with OEM customers
- Good organizational, communication skills and prone to teamwork
- Logical approach to issues, with high attention to detail
- Dynamic approach
- No restrictions to travel in and abroad and have driving license

The duties you will be responsible for when you joined our new factory to be opened in Bergama as a " Launch Engineer " ;
- Leading & coordinating all business functions with the objective of achieving flawless product launches, on time, to cost targets, with achievement of quality targets and to the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Leading and supporting meetings, both internal and external, to track the progress of the project
- Completion and realization of launch plans for the new programmes from RFQ Phase to SOP +90 days
- Leading and managing RFQ process for new programmes and changes on current programmes
