Döhler Turkey is looking for an "Export Operation Specialist" to be employed in our Ista nbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications;
Your Role
- Making shipment organization based on customer’s orders.
- Preparing export documents.
- Follow up export process with customs broker and internal departments (logistics, customer service, quality).
- Follow up shipments with transport companies.
- Sending original shipment documents to customers.
- Keep system up to date.
- Execute handling all related banking process of export.
- Controlling all related invoices regarding transport & customs charges and forwarding to finance department.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade departments or closely related field,
- Min. 3 years experience on export operations (food&beverage market experience is preferred),
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Good team player, strong communication skills,
- Analytical thinking with innovative point of view,
- Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
