Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be expected to:
· Research international fairs and prepare related plans and programs.
· Effectively manage customer relations.
· Develop and implement sales strategies.
· Train, manage, and coordinate the sales team members.
· Execute sales and project activities from start to finish.
· Create new sales channels.
· Acquire potential customers for the company.
· Determine the cost and other elements of projects.
· Play a key role between the design team, production team, and customers.
Required Qualifications:
· Previous experience in the position.
· Strong communication skills and a propensity for teamwork.
· Goal-oriented.
· Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
· Good command of MS Office programs.
· High planning, presentation, and reporting skills.
· Able to follow up with customers, analyze their requests correctly, and generate ideas.
· Quick and solution-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.
· Knowledge of project and team management methodologies.
· Strong persuasion skills, interpersonal relations, and management abilities.
· Advanced reasoning and articulation skills.
· Systematic and disciplined work ethic.
