Our "Product Owner " candidates, who wants to be a partner in our strength, to be assigned in the Istanbul office of our company, which continues to add strength to its power.

Job Description:

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT support services and enhancing user satisfaction across the organization. Your expertise will empower our team to provide efficient solutions for a wide array of technology needs, including Standard PCs, Powerful Workstations & Laptop hardware, and software troubleshooting, iOS devices, phones, printers and more.

  • Manage the product backlog effectively to maximize the delivered value including collobrating with business stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to asset management and desktop support, recommending improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Lead the organization in building a modern enterprise end-user computing environment, establishing hardware and software standards based on technology requirements, supportability, capabilities, and cost.
  • Coordinate incident escalation and problem resolution, communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed of progress and resolutions
  • Develop and implement IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices to effectively manage hardware, software, and other IT assets.
  • Oversee the management of IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Improve user awareness of IT services, by coordinating all training, documentation, and communication initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and service optimization to enhance the quality and efficieny of IT support services
  • Working with Agile software methodologies SCRUM&KANBAN frameworks

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. relevant certifications
  • Experience in IT service delivery management, with good understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Four (4) years' experience supporting, configuring, and managing large deployments of Windows based operating system
  • Experience with the following technologies is a plus: MS Exchange,Microsoft O365, InTune, Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Proficiency with corporate desktop technologies including Microsoft Windows Operating systems, Active Directory, software deployment technologies such as SCCM, anti-virus tools,basic security, Mobile Device Management.
  • Fluent English is a must, German would be an asset
  • No restrictions to travel abroad.
