QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Assan Panel is one of the 22 group companies of Kibar Holding and started to operate in 1990 in Tuzla. Assan Panel is the leader of the sandwich panel market in Turkey and the largest sandwich panel producer in the Middle East, exporting to more than 85 countries with the production facilities in Turkey, Jordan, and Azerbaijan. Assan Panel is moving forward to become a global player in the sector. Since 2010, it has achieved a record capacity utilization rate of 85%, which is uncommon in Turkey and the rest of the world, with sales of 8,500,000 m2 of output.
We are looking for an Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia Regional Sales Specialist for our company in Tuzla.
Qualifications
- Preferably graduated from Civil Engineering or Architecture departments of universities,
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management and B2B sales,
- Preferably with sales experience in the construction materials sector,
- Able to use MS Office, SAP programs,
- No travelling restriction and active driver,
- Residing or will be able to reside in Adana.
Job Description
- End-to-end execution and monitoring of all sales activities, including sales, orders, and shipment within the assigned region,
- Taking proactive actions to realize sales targets, supporting sales development activities,
- Developing sales channels,
- Conducting and reporting OSB, dealer, and customer visits within the region,
- Establishing connections with project and design bureaus, ensuring that their products are included in the specifications in parallel with the sales and marketing strategy of the company and organizing training, seminars and information visits for the target group,
- Budgeting and reporting of the responsible region.
