We are looking for a SAP HR Module Consultant to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or Computer Science departments
- More than 2 years of experience in SAP HR module (PA, PY, TM)
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration
- Knowledge of Success Factors Employee Central module and integration between SAP is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal communication and user support management skills
- Strong analytical, incident-resolution, and problem-solving skills
- High-quality decision-making skills
- Good written and verbal communication in the English language
Requirements:
- Analyze malfunctions and requests related to corporate business systems and applications received through the service desk
- Provide end-user support or direct to the relevant people when necessary
- Follow the resolution process of the directed records
- Report failures and requests periodically
- Track the contracts made with suppliers and perform related activity reconciliations
- Perform activity reconciliations with in-group companies
