QUALIFICATIONS
· University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Preferably minimum 5 years Mechanical Maintenance experience
· Lean Manufacturing or TPM Implementation experience
· Fluent in English both written and spoken
· MS Office Applications
· SAP PM module knowledge is an asset
· Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, leadership and communication skills
· Good in planning & organisation, problem solving & decision making
· Enthusiastic for development
· Residency in İzmir
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Preparing and following the annual maintenance plan
· Preparing and reporting mechanical maintenance budget&capex according to requirements
· Managing maintenance team and improving their skills
· Carrying out necessary preventive, predictive maintenance plan
· Support of production team for autonomous maintenance activities
· Suggesting and implementing kaizens, improvement and saving ideas
· Implementing Lean Management in the department
· Tracking KPI’S and preparing actions according to results
· Spare parts management and 5S implementation
